3 Reasons The Might Vaporizer is Still The Daddy
Since its release in 2014, The Mighty has cemented its position as the best dry herb vaporizer money can buy in the UK.
However, since then a multitude of high performing vaporizers have been released which have threatened The Mighty’s UK domination.
However, I still believe The Mighty is the best and I’ll detail why below:
#1 It has Hybrid heating technology
Once upon a time, in the early days of dry herb vaping, every vaporizer had a conduction heater. The advantage of heating via conduction is that it can produce vapour from your herbs within seconds, however, due to it heating by touch, any cannabis far away from the heating element is less likely to be heated sufficiently.
As technology progressed and costs came down, manufacturers began to install convection heaters. These heat an ovens contents by creating an atmosphere of hot air. The advantage of heating via convection is that the entire contents of the oven will be sufficiently heated. However, this can take upwards of two minutes.
It’s difficult to decide which method of heating is superior. Some vaping enthusiasts swear by conduction, whilst new school vapers swear by convection. The Mighty was the first vaporizer to use both methods inside one oven.
As a result, The Mighty’s oven provides the best vaping experience of any dry herb vaporizer I have ever used. Not only does it heat quickly; it heats thoroughly too. This ensures maximum terpene and cannabinoid extraction and some of the thickest clouds you’ll have ever vaped.
#2 It packs a lot of power
The Mighty Vaporizer packs two 2600mAh lithium-ion batteries; this means it packs almost twice as much power as its little brother, The Crafty Vaporizer.
This should provide any discerning vapour with nearly 90 minutes continuous oven time which is more than enough for multiple sessions throughout a 24 hours period
#3 It has a cooling unit
A disadvantage of a powerful vaporizer is that the heat generated from the oven can render the vapour produced tasteless and can sometimes burn the back of the throat.
Well, the geniuses at Storz & Bickel have this covered too.
In between the mouthpiece and the oven is a cooling unit. This unit has special ridges that vapour must pass over before it is inhaled. These ridges bring the vapour down to almost room temperature which means you can inhale huge, great tasting clouds with no burning to the back of the throat and less coughing!
