Benefits of a Brick and Mortar Vape Shop
Many vapers are starting to buy from online vape shops because of the cheaper cost, however they are missing out on many of the key benefits of having and using a local brick and mortar vape shop. There are advantages in many areas, including convenience, testing products, the ability to ask questions, getting repairs, building community, and more! To fully understand why finding a local shop can be more beneficial than an online shop, let’s dive into each of these points a little deeper.
The first and arguably most important point, is convenience. Although online shopping for all your vaping needs can be done from the comfort of your home, if you run out of anything like coils or juice, it will take days for your online order to show up, meaning you could go without. Even worse, if your mod, tank, or even glass breaks, you might not be able to vape at all until it is fixed. This makes finding a local shop almost a necessity when you are trying to quit smoking by switching to vaping, so you won’t ever find yourself unable to vape because of low supplies or broken units and going back to cigarettes.
In most brick and mortar vape shops, you can also see many of the new, or older, devices up close to get a better look and feel for them. This include new devices, tanks, pod systems, starter kits, coils, and other hardware. Many local vape shops also offer some way to test the juice, in the form of either smelling it, tasting a drop, or, depending on the laws and regulations where you live, vaping it. Lone Star Vaping of San Antonio allows vape testing of all flavors they have on their menu. This allows you to get a better idea if you will enjoy a flavor, as opposed to online vape shops, in which you will have had the flavor previously or have no clue if it will be great or terrible.
The next couple of things are often not utilized as often as they could be. If someone has questions about vaping, they can always go to a vape shop and ask. Vaping store employees won’t always have the answer, but generally they will either have an answer or be able to point people in the right direction to have that question answered. A portion of vaping shops will even try to help repair device or solve small issues like tanks or coils not firing, leaking problems, devices not turning on, or other similar problems. It’s important to note that not every local vape shop will do this. Some problems are not easily solved or simply cannot be fixed, which will normally result in the vape store not being able to assist.
Finally, local vape shops can often open up the possibility of meeting some like-minded people, many of which are trying to quit smoking. This makes it easier to stay on track, hanging out with others who no longer smoke. Going to a brick and mortar shop can allow for a more personal feel, instead of just clicking a button to order what you need.
Altogether, it is important to find a local vape shop, especially as someone new to vaping! It will help with a variety of problems and help point you in the right direction as to what kind of vape is right for you. It also will help your local economy by keeping brick and mortar shops up and running. If nothing else, it can serve as a great backup if someone is in a pinch. Check out some local shops and ask some questions, making sure to find a shop that you enjoy!
